Hannah Hurowitz (OT)
Hello I'm Hannah Hurowitz, a newly graduated occupational therapist who recently made Aliyah from Atlanta, GA. I earned my master's in occupational therapy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia.
My background includes hands-on experience with early intervention and camp settings, in addition to experience working with toddlers to adolescents with ASD. Currently, I'm working as an OT in a special education gan. While I'm most familiar with the 2-10 age group, I'm open to working with kids of all ages. My overall goal is to make therapy fun and effective for your child! I’m a big fan of incorporating games and crafts into my therapy sessions based on the specific interest of the child.
Some of the areas I address include:
Fine motor skills, gross motor skills, sensory processing, handwriting, coordination, social skills, emotional regulation and self care skills.
