Our Story

Hi! We’re Vivi and Uri Kesselman, proud olim from the United States. After several years of living in Israel, we noticed that English speakers in Israel often face challenges with the healthcare system specifically relating to receiving occupational, physical, and speech therapy services. As an OT and mom (Vivi), I am keenly aware of the importance of individuals receiving the care they need in a timely fashion, in their native language.

Some common challenges

  • Waiting several months for an appointment with an occupational, physical or speech therapist through the kupot.

  • Lack of availability of English-speaking providers

  • Needing to travel far distances for treatment

  • Limited coverage for adult care, specifically cognition and memory related therapies.

How we can help

  • OPS Therapy Israel was created to offer occupational, physical, and speech therapy services to English speakers in Israel.

  • We believe that everyone should have access to high quality therapy services in their native language, in their area, and without long wait times.

  • We have created a network of experienced and licensed English-speaking therapists who are available to do visits in client homes.
