Batya Katzir (OT)
Batya is an occupational therapist with a Master’s degree from Colorado State University; she is licensed in both Colorado and Israel. She has specialty training for provision of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). Batya has worked with military veterans in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, children from 0-18 who have experienced foster care and/or adoption, teens in a combination residential treatment/school setting and the aging population in adult home care. Batya has a passion for helping clients improve rest and sleep, manage pain and stress, increase and maintain meaningful productivity, navigate life changes, maintain home safety and prevent falls and facilitate harmonious home and school environments through self- and family-regulation.
Batya is available for in-person visits in Jerusalem and virtual visits throughout Israel.
